1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EZCHEATS Hub application, the EZCHEATS website and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by EZCHEATS ("we", "us").

By downloading, installing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not download or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

2. The product

EZCHEATS Hub is a desktop application for Microsoft Windows that provides access to game-enhancing software modules ("products") for a catalogue of supported games.

Products are provided per game. Access to a product is granted through a time-limited plan (a free 7-day trial, weekly, monthly or lifetime) activated inside the Hub after installation.

We may add, modify or remove products and supported games at any time. The current catalogue is always visible in the Hub.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Hub and the products you have activated, solely for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not sublicense, resell, lease, lend or otherwise distribute the Hub, product files or your account credentials to any third party.

Sharing account keys or Hub credentials with other people is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

4. Activation and hardware binding

When a product is activated, the Hub may bind the activation to the hardware identifier (HWID) of the computer used for activation.

Each plan may be used on one computer at a time. Re-activation on a different computer may be limited and can require contacting support.

Changing or virtualizing hardware components to circumvent activation limits is not permitted.

5. Duration and renewal

Trial plans run for seven days from activation and cannot be restarted for the same game on the same account.

Weekly plans run for seven days and monthly plans for thirty days from the moment of activation. Lifetime plans do not expire.

It is your responsibility to keep track of plan expiry. Features stop working when a plan expires unless it is renewed.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the product you purchased does not work as described and we are unable to fix the issue.

Refunds are not granted for: expired plans, products disabled because of a game update that is being worked on (see status in the Hub), accounts terminated for breach of these Terms, or change of mind after the product has been used.

Refund requests are handled through the support channel listed in the Hub. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Hub or products except where such restriction is prohibited by law; use the Service to harass other players; resell access; or use the Service in any jurisdiction where it violates local law.

You are solely responsible for how you use the products, including compliance with the terms of service of any game you play. Game publishers may suspend or ban accounts that use third-party software; you accept this risk knowingly.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Products may be temporarily disabled during game updates; the Hub shows the current status for every game.

Scheduled maintenance and emergency updates may cause short downtime without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.

We do not warrant that the products will remain undetected by anti-cheat systems at all times. Status indicators in the Hub reflect our best knowledge at the moment of display.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZCHEATS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of game accounts, in-game items, profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the plan directly giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page with its "Last updated" date.

Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and, where applicable, request a refund under section 6.
