Question 1

Is EZCHEATS really undetected?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run a custom anti-detection system that is updated daily. We have maintained an undetected streak across every supported game for years, and every cheat ships with an HWID spoofer as an extra safety layer.

Question 2

How fast do I get my cheat after buying?

Accepted Answer

Instantly. Our system delivers your license key and download link automatically the moment your payment is confirmed — usually within seconds.

Question 3

What is an HWID Spoofer and do I need it?

Accepted Answer

An HWID spoofer changes your hardware identifiers so game anti-cheats can't link you to a previous ban. It is included for free with every plan and is the single best way to protect yourself.

Question 4

Do your cheats work on Windows 11?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of our cheats are fully compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). Our installer handles all required drivers automatically.

Question 5

What happens if a game gets patched?

Accepted Answer

Our team monitors every game 24/7. When a patch drops, we push an update within hours and your launcher updates itself automatically. You never miss a session.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If a cheat goes down for more than 48 hours and we can't fix it, we issue a full refund or extend your subscription. Customer trust is our priority.
